What I want to be or what I am?

Gender is becoming the watershed issue of our time. We are bending the very concepts of reality to create a "brave new world." According to the prevailing (and growing) logic, you are a male or female, not because you are physically male or female, but because you self-identify as such.

This has begin exhibiting itself in more and more bizarre ways. Denny Burke
linked to a rather disturbing article at the Slate which takes a look at a gender camp for nonconforming boys. It would be worth your time. Be warned. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it is disturbing to anyone holding a view of gender that is anywhere near biblical or traditional.

Our society rebels against God at the most basic level, but "be not deceived. God is not mocked. Whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap." Romans 1 is clear. Man redefining categories does not change reality, nor does it change the consequences of those redefinitions.

Gender is not a multiple choice question.
